THIS IS A FLORAL ART PROJECT BY SEÁN KELLY & INGRID DOYLE.

WE explore the contrast between the natural world’s quiet beauty and the dazzling visual culture of the 1970's. Inspired by the era’s vivid colour, design, and cinematic atmosphere, OUR work AIMS TO transform floral materials into compositions that feel both nostalgic and contemporary.

The project reflects on how beauty can be both natural and constructed, alive yet stylised, fleeting yet timeless. By pairing organic forms with references to the glamour and excess of the 1970's, it considers how aesthetics shape memory and how nature continues to influence our sense of style, longing, and desire.

Through this dialogue between the organic and the ornamental, the project invites YOU to reflect on the contradictions that make beauty so compelling.
